At Nicola Ross Naas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings cannot be returned.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating whether you would prefer a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Naas boutique via a tracked courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
